Welcome to Derby and Derbyshire Together
Welcome to Derby and Derbyshire Together, the online destination that has been designed for you to share your views and hopes for our Integrated Care Board as we undergo a process of strategy creation.
It is time for Derby and Derbyshire ICB to define its purpose, vision and role. We are a new organisation, that has been through a process of transition during the post pandemic period and now we want to create clarity on the things we want to achieve as an organisation, our approach, our principles and characteristics and our proposition.
We want to hear your views on the purpose and direction of our ICB, to discuss your ideas with colleagues anonymously, as well as indicate your support or disagreement of the ideas of others.

How it works
This interactive online platform allows open discussion, similar to a traditional in-person workshop, but it is more inclusive, accessible and transparent. Giving each and every one of us the opportunity for our voice to be heard, in a safe and anonymous space.
Everything you say will be analysed independently, so you can feel free to share what you really think.
The online conversation is
- Anonymous – your name is not attached to anything you share
- For everyone working at Derby and Derbyshire ICB, whatever your role or position, we want to hear your voice
- The chance to share your own ideas as well as read, vote and comment on the ideas of others
- Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week while the conversation is live
- Accessible from wherever you may be – on any computer, tablet or smartphone
What to expect
The first online conversation will run from November – December and is for everyone working within our Integrated Care Board.
In January we will invite wider stakeholders and partners to join a second online conversation to check and challenge what we have heard.
In March we will be able to share the final findings and set out an action plan based on what you tell us.
This is your opportunity to help shape the organisation that Derby and Derbyshire ICB will become
