Welcome to Derby and Derbyshire Together, the online destination that has been designed for you to share your views and hopes for our Integrated Care Board as we undergo a process of strategy creation.

This time we are presenting back the draft statements that have been created as a result of our first conversation with colleagues from the ICB. We want you to tell us what is strong, wrong or missing from these statements.

How it works

This interactive online platform allows open discussion, similar to a traditional in-person workshop, but it is more inclusive, accessible and transparent. Giving each and every one of us the opportunity for our voice to be heard, in a safe and anonymous space.
Everything you say will be analysed independently, so you can feel free to share what you really think.

The journey so far...

In November 2022 we launched our first conversation and invited ICB staff to provide their ideas, comments and votes on what should be the ICB's purpose, vision, goals and values and behaviours.

Over 50% of colleagues took part and provided over 1,450 contributions. These were analysed by our independent partner, Clever Together, and the key themes and insights were identified. These were then shaped into draft statements. We are now presenting these back to colleagues of the ICB and trusted partners to tell us what is strong, wrong or missing so that the strategic framework for the ICB can be finalised.

When this conversation closes on 1st March, Clever Together will again analyse everything you have told us and will present back their final report at the end of March.
